We established our non-profit organization in 2010 as a 501 C organization with a mission to prioritize mental health and educating the public about it. Our main objective is to provide support and resources to individuals struggling with mental health issues, as well as promoting awareness and understanding of mental well-being within our community and beyond. Additionally, we are committed to enhancing educational opportunities for underprivileged individuals by offering scholarships and educational programs to those who pursue careers in the field of mental health. Over the years, our organization has made significant strides in advocating for mental health and promoting education through various initiatives and campaigns. We firmly believe that by addressing these important aspects of human development, we can create a more resilient and empowered society.

The Impact of Mental Health Charities on Wellness:
Emotional and mental well-being sits at the core of almost everything we do. Without it, our relationships, productivity levels, and physical health suffer. Our mental health charity creates organic avenues for peer support, mental health research, and access to qualified providers. Our work allows people to receive the care, education, and in some cases funding or other direct/indirect financial support they need to overcome their mental disorders and live their fullest lives.
We provide advocacy, education, mental health support, and public awareness so all individuals and families affected by mental illness can recover. We are one of a few non profit organizations that focus on sharing scientifically based and researched information that is up to date. Infodemics and misinformation negatively affect people’s health behaviours, new WHO review finds. The review indicated that Incorrect interpretations of health information, often negatively impact people’s mental health. Source
We promote and disseminate trustworthy health information with the help of health authorities, researchers, and clinicians to outweigh false or misleading health information disseminated in social media and other means by which misinformation about mental health may spread.
