

| A Two Day Workshop: Practical ways to experience life spiritually Achieving emotional health, mental clarity, and setting boundaries not walls; are life’s continuous processes. Grounded in contemporary psychology as well as great wisdom traditions, this workshop helps with dealing with everyday struggles and connecting to our essence. In addition, during the second half of the workshop, you will be given an opportunity to a unique journey for you to resolve your own core challenges. When you learn to be good to yourself, you can start serving the world positively. In this workshop, concepts like: What it means to function from our center. How can we reach a place of wholeness and totality. What are the elements of personality. What are self growth and self actualization. What are emotional and mental self. What are ego, parent self, and higher (guide) self. What is shadow and why do we need to face our shadow to be able to connect to our depth. Why do we need to self reflect instead of self neglect. How to go from a state of conditioned self to an inner liberation. What does it mean to be tolerant, to forgive, and to have unconditional compassion. How to form healthy relationships instead of anxious attachments. How to connect.
